About Us

Community Change Alliance-Ghana (ComCA-Ghana) is a youth-led NGO, active in community capacity building and issue-based networking for sustainable community development. Established in 2016 and registered in 2018, ComCA addresses factors inhibiting socio-economic growth in rural and emerging urban communities in Ghana.

Our work focuses on marginalized groups, empowering them towards dignified livelihoods. We prioritize environment stabilization, food security, sanitation, and self-governance by guiding communities in developing Community Action Plans for effective development.

Our Mission

To promote Democratic Governance, Socio-economic empowerment, and Environmental sustainability by enhancing the capacity of underprivileged people, groups, and communities to solve their own challenges sustainably.

MANAGEMENT AND GOVERNANCE

Our leadership structure ensures accountability, transparency, and effective implementation of our mission and vision.

Board of Directors

ComCA-Ghana is guided by a five-member Board of Directors who meet three times annually. They provide policy direction, ensure alignment with the mission and vision, oversee prudent financial management, review organizational performance, and support the Executive Director in networking, advisory, and capacity building.

Executive Director & Team Members

The Executive Director leads an eleven-member team responsible for project implementation. This team includes the Programs Manager, Coordinator, Financial Manager, Research and Training Officer, Project Officers, and Administrative Secretaries. Each member is academically skilled, experienced, and adaptive to community development challenges and opportunities.
